My Bachelor Degree in Computer Science combined with over 15 years of government and private sector experience in software and web development brings variety of knowledge to my prospective employer. I possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of a variety of technologies, as well as direct experience designing, populating and managing data systems in an engineering environment. I am proficient in my ability to use and manage MS-SQL server and/or Oracle databases in a PC/UNIX based environment. Throughout my career I have been exposed to many opportunities in project management where I have had the responsibility to oversee groups ranging in numbers of up to 15 developers. I also have experience in developing secure, web-enabled interfaces for the same data systems and I am fully competent in C++, VB, Delphi, C#, and .NET programming. My familiarity with PC based hardware and software systems management can be called outstanding. I also possess exemplary supervisory skills, gained over the years of experience working for the federal government (DND, HRDC) and private sector companies (Bell Canada, Espial, BCE Emergis, Entrust, Pronexus).
In addition to my roles as a supervisor, database administrator and programmer/web developer, I have experience in managing and maintaining Local Area Networks (LANs) , Wide Area Networks (WANs), internets and intra- nets as site’s webmaster, including such CMS as OpenText’s LiveLink.

As my resume demonstrates, I have gained vast knowledge and experience in the development, implementation and maintenance of business applications interfacing with major database management systems such as Oracle.
